Talent and Economic Development are inextricably linked. PPA’s work in this policy area is focused on creating economies where people, places, and communities can grow and thrive together.

PPA works with our clients to help identify barriers to economic participation and ways to foster more inclusive development and share promising practices that will lead to job creation. Attracting and retaining talent is a key component of economic growth everywhere and is a leading driver of population growth at the local and state level.

Our work in this area is best exemplified by our experience leading coalitions and providing strategic consultation to foster inclusive economic development.

Our CSO, Dr. Daniel Quinn, oversees this policy area and can be reached at DQuinn@publicpolicy.com
