Christine Anyanwu

Christine Anyanwu is skilled in qualitative data collection and analysis, reporting, and community engagement. She has strong experience in facilitating focus groups and synthesizing qualitative data into audience-tailored reports.

Ms. Anyanwu thrives in collaborative spaces, working and engaging with multidisciplinary partners and community members. She brings an equity lens, attention to detail, and strong commitment to serving others to her work. Her areas of interest include social drivers (determinants) of health, health equity, and injury and violence prevention.

Prior to Public Policy Associates, Ms. Anyanwu was a senior research assistant at the Center for Injury Research and Policy at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she spearheaded study logistics, report writing, and data analysis of community-based participatory research and program evaluation efforts. She also served as a program evaluation intern and health equity practicum student at Safe States Alliance.

Also, Ms. Anyanwu is a member of the Beta Tau chapter of the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health.

Education

Christine Anyanwu earned her master’s degree in public health with a concentration in community and population health from University of Maryland, Baltimore. She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Towson University.
