Jenny O’Neal

About

Ms. O’Neal has extensive experience in administrative management and accounting. She is also experienced in training staff in various topics.

Ms. O’Neal is an effective communicator, both verbal and written. Her areas of interest include organizational efficiency and human resource and accounting best practices. She also has an extensive background in youth development, focusing on the development of life skills.

Prior to joining PPA, she was the lead person in charge at BJ’s Wholesale Club where she oversaw all aspects of running the retail establishment when assigned the manager on duty role, performed daily cash office tasks, and trained team members. She previously owned her own business, O’Neal’s Odds and Ends, where she was in charge of all aspects of running the business. She has also served as a program coordinator for the College Advising Corps at Michigan State University, an elementary aide at Lansing Christian School, a youth extension educator for Michigan State University Extension where she oversaw the Eaton County 4-H program, and an emergency communications technician for the Lansing Police Department.

Clients appreciate Ms. O’Neal’s attention to detail and her ability to clearly communicate regarding all aspect of project billing/accounting.

Education

Ms. O’Neal has a master’s degree in animal science from Missouri State University. She has a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Michigan State University.

Also notable

Ms. O’Neal served as the treasurer for the East Lansing Band and Orchestra Parent Association for over four years.
