Education:
Ph.D. in political science, Northwestern University; master’s of mathematical methods in social science degree, Northwestern University; bachelor degree in government and philosophy, University of Notre Dame.
Dr Bergan is an assistant professor in the Department of Communication and James Madison College at Michigan State University, where he teaches research methods.
He has more than 12 years of experience in quantitative research in applied settings with seven years of research in experimental and quasi-experimental methods. He is contributing to evaluation design, data analysis, and reporting for PPA’s evaluation of Workforce Investment Fund and Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training grants.
