On April 13, 2021, Daniel J. Quinn, Ph.D., Director for Education Policy at Public Policy Associates, Incorporated (PPA), spoke to the Education Policy Student Innovation (EPSI) Lab at Teachers College, Columbia University. The student-centered program includes students from colleges and universities across the country, ranging from the City University of New York to the University of California, Berkeley. Students in the program develop and pursue research projects, design and launch educational programs, and publish original research.
