On Wednesday, Public Policy Associates’ COO Colleen Graber and senior research associate Nathan Burroughs, Ph.D. presented to federal Child Care Development Block Grant grantees about the unique policy coordination self-assessment tool PPA created as part of its Child Care Policy Research Partnership study. This tool is being used to understand how two state agencies interacted to implement policy changes to the state’s child care assistance program. This tool was developed with a grant from the Administration for Children and Families and is accessible in Appendix D of PPA’s 2020 findings report.
