A new era is dawning for Public Policy Associates (PPA) as the research and consulting firm prepares to relocate to a modern, flexible workspace in the Prudden Tech Center beginning in 2026.
After nearly 35 years rooted in a historic building at 119 Pere Marquette Drive, PPA is relocating its Lansing headquarters to 725 Prudden Street, originally built as a factory for the Prudden Wheel Company and inspired by the architectural designs of Albert and Julius Kahn.
The move marks a strategic new beginning for PPA, enabling the firm to celebrate its upcoming 35th anniversary in 2026 with a revitalized office environment designed for the future of work.
While the firm’s staff live and work throughout Michigan and across the country, PPA remains committed to a physical community space in Lansing.
“Lansing has and always will be PPA’s home,” says PPA’s CEO, Rob Fowler. “It’s where we started, and while we’ve embraced being a virtual firm, our roots, our headquarters, and our commitment to Lansing and the state of Michigan remain absolutely essential to who we are.”
The new location offers PPA’s team a perfect blend of tradition and modernity, featuring key amenities, including access to a premier conference center and private offices for the executive team.
The new, contemporary space reflects PPA’s forward-looking approach as it continues its mission of providing evaluation, research, and strategic consultation to drive smart policy and programmatic decisions. The move to the Prudden Tech Center positions the firm to thrive in the years ahead as it continues its work in support of “Better Public Policy for a Better World.”
